These services may be updated or expanded regularly to incorporate new functionalities or address regulatory requirements.

3. User Obligations

Users must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration or any verification process
• Maintain the security of their account credentials and promptly report any unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using our Services
• Avoid circumventing or attempting to breach any security measure or system standard

Failure to meet these obligations may lead to account suspension or termination, and legal liabilities where applicable.

4. API Usage and Integration

When using our APIs or integrations, you must:

• Adhere to documented integration guidelines to maintain system stability
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas to avoid disruptions to the Services
• Maintain secure API key storage and limit key sharing to authorized personnel

All third-party applications must comply with industry best practices to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.

• EU AML directives for anti-money laundering and transaction monitoring
• GDPR requirements, ensuring transparent handling of personal data
• Global financial regulations applicable to user transactions and asset verifications

By using the Services, you consent to such processing and warrant you have the authority to share any data submitted for verification.

6. Service Level Agreement

Our commitment includes:

• 99.9% uptime for critical services (excluding scheduled maintenance or unavoidable interruptions)
• 24/7 technical support for enterprise clients through our dedicated service channels
• Frequent security updates, patches, and system improvements to protect user data

Gora Network reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance; reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Gora Network and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Misuse of the Services, including illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violation of these Terms, policies, or any applicable laws

If you object to any modification, your sole recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Services.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gora Network regarding the Services. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in effect, reflecting the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

No waiver of any right or remedy hereunder shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized Gora Network representative.
